Thank you for taking the time to purchase from BECC trading Ltd. Sometimes you may decide that our products are not for you, or maybe you need a different size or colour. Our Returns and Exchange Policy enables you to complete a return or exchange with in 14 days of purchase, and are in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations.
Returns Policy
Unworn: undamaged, unwashed condition, we will happily Refund or Exchange them for you. All tags must still be attached. In the event of these terms not being adhered to, we may be forced to deduct from your refund.
Original packaging: We ask that items are returned in their original packaging (if applicable) to ensure safe return transit.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt/order confirmation/name and address must be provided for returns to be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale/Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount may not be eligible for return, unless they are faulty.
Personalized or Custom Orders: Items that have been personalized or custom-made cannot be returned.
Who to Return too
Please send all Returns to: Returns Dept, Becc Equestrian Limited, Nettlestead Green House, Maidstone Road, Nettlestead Green, Kent ME18 5HE.
You must include a covering note with your parcel, telling us:
Your Original Order Number,
Your Name and Contact Phone Number,
Whether you would like a Refund or an Exchange (and what you might require in exchange).
Cost of Returns
This is covered by the purchaser unless the item is faulty or has been shipped in error. We advise customers to use a reputable courier or tracking option.
Refunds
Funds will be returned to the purchaser within 10 working days of receiving the item. Products must be returned as per the Returns policy to be eligible for refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Exchanges will be processed on receipt of the former item. Details of the return must be included, reason for return and exchange required, along with contact details. Former purchases must be returned as per the Returns Policy
Purchasers are responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange, and BECC will be in contact to process the shipping payment.
Faulty Items
If you think you have received a faulty product you must contact us in writing with a description of the fault and photos to accompany this. Please e mail becky@beccequestrian.com. We shall then contact you to advise on next steps. This may include returning the product for verification before a refund or alternative product is provided. Do not send back a faulty item without contacting us first. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned items that have not been given the correct attention from the customer. Incorrect washing or items damaged due to incorrect sizing will not be classed as faulty, only manufacturing faults will be considered.
Abrasive items such as velcro and some synthetic saddles can cause friction and may result in localised bobbling. This is not a manufacturing fault and will not affect the performance of the clothing, therefore refunds or exchanges are not offered.
